    I lost my account because of the forced life insurance they placed on my account, which I politely declined over the phone. Closing my account because of it. After months later, I have found a job and I needed to reopen an account. So, I gave it one more shot to reopen to pay the reasonable fee. A day has passed that I paid it and hopefully it was reopened, because I need direct deposit from my job. But they still said, "My account is still closed." Even though I have paid it before and I was forcibly told by one of the accountants to come back next week instead. And they still haven't gave me a bank card throughout this ordeal of bringing my account back. I am very displeased with their service and hopefully no one should ever be treated like how I was treated. Total unreliability. 0.5/5 stars!
